Visibility in AI answers
Guests increasingly plan trips in a chat window rather than a results list. If you are not named there, you do not exist for those guests — however well the website ranks.
AI for hotels
Almost every business is now trying something with AI. The difference is not the tool but whether it is tied into existing workflows, draws on your own content, and has someone maintaining it.
This page brings together everything we offer around AI. The measures also appear in the general catalogue — here they sit side by side, with the subscription that carries them.
Guests increasingly plan trips in a chat window rather than a results list. If you are not named there, you do not exist for those guests — however well the website ranks.
House rules, workflows, offer copy, answers to recurring guest questions: an assistant that knows your content answers differently from one reciting general knowledge.
Without a defined brand voice, machine-written copy sounds interchangeable. With one, you get drafts your team edits rather than rewrites.
Moving data by hand between PMS, channel manager and booking engine costs time and creates errors. Connected systems take that over.
Your team
With AI, many hoteliers first ask whether their team will come along. We set AI up so that it takes work off your staff instead of replacing them.
AI prepares, your staff review and decide. Whatever goes to guests has been seen by someone from your property.
Training in five formats, from a half day to ongoing coaching — practised on tasks from your own business.
An internal AI policy sets out what the team may do, how guest data is handled and how your brand voice is preserved.
What is typed, searched for or chased up by hand today is handled by a fixed workflow. The time saved goes to your guests.
Getting started
Before anything is built, we clarify what is worthwhile in your property. The assessment looks at systems, data, team and processes and ends with a prioritised roadmap — not a wish list.
Which PMS is in use, and does it have an interface? How are the channel manager, booking path, CRM, analytics and communication channels set up?
What data is created, where does it live, and how accessible is it? What already runs automatically, and what is done by hand?
How familiar is the team with AI, how much time is realistically available, and who decides on digital topics?
Which processes repeat themselves? Where do the biggest time drains arise? Where is revenue lost because responses take too long?
The findings turn into a recommendation — prioritised, with the effort and expected impact of each measure.
Two or three applications that run straight away, without IT effort.
Processes connected to your existing systems.
Independent assistants, automation and data-driven decisions.
Depending on the size of the business, the assessment takes two to three weeks and needs only a few hours of your team's time. The roadmap is yours — you can work with it, with us or without us.

Nine areas where an AI workflow noticeably eases everyday hotel work. Which of them pay off in your property is what the assessment clarifies.
Each workflow handles one specific task, equally well every time — prepared by AI, approved by your team.
The highest volume of enquiries and the greatest potential for relief.
Content is created faster and still sounds like your property.
A complete response rate without anyone giving up their evenings for it.
Here, response time is revenue.
Standards everyone on the team can call up.
Reliable information, in several languages too.
The revenue meeting is prepared in minutes instead of half a day.
Often the least spectacular — and most effective — quick wins.
Credible rather than greenwashing.
Every workflow is designed, set up, tested, documented and introduced to your team. You get nothing that still needs finishing, and nothing nobody can operate.

Tools alone change nothing. Impact comes only when your team knows when AI helps and when it doesn't. We work with your tasks, your texts and your processes.
With every training you receive short guides to the use cases covered, documentation of the tasks in your hotel that AI can solve, and an internal AI usage policy: what the team may do, how data is handled and how the brand voice is preserved.
AI in everyday work — training
Learn moreSame blueprint as the digital subscription: an ongoing base service, included in the monthly price and identical in every tier, plus an annual credit budget for the AI measures. The tiers differ only in the budget, not in the base service. If you already have a digital subscription, the two run side by side — the budgets stay separate.
Platform licence costs are billed separately. We settle the monthly prices in the first conversation — they depend on how many people work with the environment.
Included in every tier: the base service above. The credits come on top.
For businesses starting with AI. The allowance carries any single measure in the catalogue — even the largest.

Select the measures that apply to you. The calculator names the tier whose annual budget covers them. It counts AI measures only.
The calculation needs JavaScript. The credit values are shown for every measure, so you can also add them up by hand.

FAQ
No. We set up an existing platform for your business and create access, roles and storage. The platform licence is billed separately.
Before setting anything up we agree with you which content belongs in the environment. Personal guest data does not, unless a separate legal basis has been agreed. What we recommend in a given case we clarify with you and, where needed, with your legal adviser.
Yes. The two run side by side and the annual allowances stay separate — the AI allowance is not consumed by campaigns, and vice versa.
Usually with the AI baseline assessment: we look at where AI is already used in your business, where it would take work off your hands, and what groundwork is missing. The order of further measures follows from that.
